Description
The Dalbury is an oak veneered coffin with solid oak double mouldings and a high gloss finish.
The oval embossed panels on the sides are its signature. Rather than a plain or squared panel, each one is a raised oval worked into the side, which softens the whole shape of the coffin. Beading along the lid picks the theme up again.
Double mouldings mean two layers of solid oak moulding rather than one, which gives the edges more depth and shadow.
The Dalbury is fitted with ornate brass ring handles. They hang rather than sit rigid, and they are noticeably more decorative than a straight bar handle.
